PCM became a member of the British American Investment Co. (Mtius) Ltd (“BA Investment”), one of the largest and fastest growing conglomerates in Mauritius, in January 2009 following its acquisition through one of the latter’s subsidiary, namely Bramer Holding Co. Ltd.
